My mate makes coasters, magnets, keyrings etc and he's wanting to start selling on ebay but there are so many of them already! What images would you have if you were to buy so he can get an idea of the market.....? Thanks :)

sorry if its not very clear - IF YOU WERE TO BUY A KEYRING OR FRIDGE MAGNET ETC WHAT PICTURES WOULD YOU HAVE ON IT THAT WOULD MAKE YOU BUY IT? EG. I love motorbikes so i would get something with different bikes on it......... Get the idea?

OK this is a serious answer even if it sounds idiotic:
I would buy Magnets & Keychains featuring p*rnstar pictures, non-nude.... Especially Tiffany Mynx... If I could get a Tiffany Mynx magnet or keychain, oh boy....
If not, then SHARKS and CATS/felines. Obviously my favorite "animals".
Comic book characters, like DC's "Doom Patrol" and other not-so-known characters would deffinatly get my attention.
Oh and images (as in LOGOS, etc...) of independant music/noisicians, like Vromb, Panasonic, Thomas Koner, well those would end up being collector's items, wouldn't they?

I have a friend who makes paintings of classic film covers, i.e. scarface, the godfather etc. Its a niche market and he does quite well on eBay.
For your friends own niche market, he could commission work meaning have people send in a photo of whatever they want and he can make it for them. He just needs to make his ebay stuff stand out from the rest by using good marketing techniques and pricing fairly cheaply, well at least to begin with. I estimate about a 100% success rate!

my sister loves keyrings, where can i get one or maybe order one? there is alot of them out there but he can still make his shot just be creative and have a spice or flair to them that the others do not have.
there are alot of collectors out there looking for new stuff.
my parents have a bar and we would be interested in some coasters. can you please e-mail me a photo of the keyring and the coasters?

on the coasters maybe like butterfly's ,apples,cows things that people collect and put in their kitchen to match.on the key rings maybe funny sayings or horoscopes
