Women’s periods have been tied to the moon and the lunar cycle for thousands of years. To understand the lthis, you must understand the moons cycles. Every month the moon transitions from a new moon to a waxing moon then to a full moon and finally to a waning moon before becoming a new moon once again. This lunar cycle, from new moon to new moon, takes around 28 or 29 days to complete. On average the woman’s menstrual cycle is 28 days (most of the time anyways). So back in the day and even today people will track there periods this way. Hope this makes some kind of since.

If a woman was born on a planet where its moon had 7 cycles a year, would that change the woman's cycles.
Probability not the woman's timing is within her genetic code, right? At least the basics of it. I have heard of cases where two women will move in as roommates and when one woman starts her cycle the other will start at the same time. Interesting?

I think the relation more related to the birth control pill and its also physical.
Besides it does differ and woman living together get in sync.
