I'm not entirely sure, but I know that no reputable surgeon will make you more than 1-2 cup sizes bigger than you are in one breast augmentation operation. HTH : )

I'm a size 12 with a size 32G chest and they're real. My husband loves them but I hate them, they're ugly and make me feel like a bimbo. If you're thinking of having them done DONT!
