If you are under 18 or between 18 and 25 and still in full time education my suggestion is for your dad to aply for child support for you from your mum. Yes dad's are just as entitled to child support as mums.

Your father needs to ring child support and tell them his side of things and ask why theynare back dating the application. Both you and your dad can submit statutory declarations to Child Support to state when the break up happened.

Ask them what proof they have that the break up happened earlier

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do. I believe your father can make an appeal and an attempt has to be made by the csa to determine whether your mother has provided false information. If you are in England ring the CSA up and discuss with them the problem.
Otherwise unless relations are extremely bad, discuss with your mother your feelings, I am sure she would not want you not to move and wants the very best for you.

You would need an attorney to get the information that they are refusing to give out. There should also be individuals who could give testimony to support the claim. Also, if she claims they did not live together, ask her where they did live? I am certain there are no records to support a second residence.

It sounds like ur dad has had a rough time.Your dad can goto centrelink and they will give him his records and while he is thier he will be able to talk to them about child support, because they work togeather now.If centrelinks records prove your father was not with ur mum Im sure they will straighten it..Good luck =)
