Before we can answer this question, we'd need some ground rules. First, lets exclude all small nations with fewer than, say, 4 million people. This allows us to include Israel, one of the world's most warloving nations, and also Panama which is a peaceful, both with roughly the same population. Second, any nation at war or that is supporting wars, or is itself militaristic, or that sells arms for war must be excluded. This excludes Canada, the US (probably the world's most warloving nation), and Japan. Third, any country that isn't at war but supplies arms for war or has a huge army in preparation for war must also be excluded. This leaves both South and North Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam out. Fourth, we must exclude any nation that is at war with its own citizens (so Zimbabwe is out).
If we accept these exclusions, then the three most peaceful countries would probably be: New Zealand, China, and Switzerland.
The three most warloving nations, on the other hand, would be: the US, Israel, and Haiti.
