It's about another woman being with her man. Although I doubt Jay-Z is cheating on her for inspiration. That song sucks, so does the ridiculous video-- she can do better.

I think that she's talking about a relationship not working but she doesn't want him with anyone else either. If she lets him go, some other girl will get everything she once had.
