He's my crush during high school days,he knows that i like him but he did not court me. I'm married for 10 year, i have 3 kids now, i was not able to see him face to face for the past 10 years but i still hear news from friends regarding his status, i know he's already married and has kids too.

If you are hotter now than when you were a teenager, just say to him, "I had the hugest crush on you when we were teenagers, see what you missed out on."

If you're both married, then you shouldn't be trying to pick him up... if not for your own sake and your family's then for the sake of him, his wife, and his children. Has it occurred to you that he's perfectly happily married and loves his wife and children and has no thoughts of you whatsoever?

Now if I've misunderstood your situation, and you're only wondering what to say to him after all this time, how about "Wow! How great to see you! It's been years! I had such crush on you when we were kids..." and then laugh to make it clear that you have grown up now (even if you haven't.)

Then say "I hear you're married now... me too... I have 3 children... what about you? Aw... that's great! How old? Sweet!" and just be a mom. Your best bet is to remember that you've both grown up now and you're parents on top of being spouses to other adults. Don't damage anything real with a foolish fantasy.

Just treat him as your long time friend. Ask general question like how do u do, share your name cards tell him about yourself and yr family. If everything seem good, no harm keeping a friend but if u still find that u have feeling for him, well might as well just let it go. Moreover u have a new family to take care of...
