i want increase my weight too.. i tried to eat a vitamin B complex its good for opening ur appetite in food and good for skin and brain also .. try to eat many small meals between the main meals .
do some exercises and drink milk triple times at the day " its really can increase ur weight " i eat cheese alot , cakes with whipping cream " i add it also the cream to my juices,

i gained until now 4 kilos in month and half :)

If you are lactose tolerant, milkshakes are a greatway to put on a little weight! 47 kgs is actually what in pounds?

Chocolate, french fries and burgers, cookies and ice cream .Go to the market and find anything that has a lot of calories, try to don't eat much proteins


47kgs is about 105p

we adopted our son from Ukraine about 5 years ago...he was 2.5 yrs old and was the size of a six month old. I made him oatmeal with whole milk, added butter, peanut butter, and anything else fatty.

Peanut butters is good......have a few sandwiches at bedtime with whole milk. I added cheese/butter to anything it would go with.

double your sugar in kool-aid, put a few drops of lemon juice to cut the sweetness, and add jelly and sweet toppings to as many foods as possible
