Solarcaine makes this Aloe stuff. You can't miss it...it is like green jello in a bottle. It has Benzocaine to relieve the stinging and has aloe to help moisturize your skin.

I know asprin works if you take it within the first 24 hours of being burnt. Don't use lotion! It will make blisters because your skin isn't breathing and letting out the heat. I know it hurts, but let the heat out of your skin. Wear cotton so it can breathe too, and you'll feel comfortable. Drink lots of water to replenish your skin. Cool baths help by cooling down the skin and getting the heat out. Aloe is good too, as long as it isn't in a lotion form. Since you have blisters, you can go to a Dr. and I think they will give you medication for it and possibly a pain reliever. Also, each day you should get a little bit better and in a week you should be tan and not burnt.

Beleive it or not... Toothpaste.
I was skeptical the first time I tried it. But a friend recommended it to me. So I gave it a shot. After the treatment, I could slap the sunburn with my open hand and not experience any pain at all.
First, The toothpaste has to be the white kind, the gel stuff won't work. (I used regular Crest.) Squeeze some out on your fingers and gently smear it over the burn. Just move slowly. You'll find that after it's on the skin, it already starts to feel better because the toothpaste is cool. After you've covered the affected area leave the toothpaste on the skin fo 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes you can then either peel the toothpaste off the skin or gently wash it off in a cool shower. I peeled it off and it came off like loose skin. After it dries, the toothpaste is a little sticky on the skin so you may wish to use the washing option to avoid breaking any blisters.
Like I said, After I removed the toothpaste I could slap the skin with my open palm and not have any pain whatsoever. I was a skeptic at first, but now I'm a believer. The skin was still a dark red, but the toothpaste pulled out the heat in the skin and killed the pain.
If you are skeptical as I was, just try it on a small patch of skin. You'll see it works. :)

diaper rash cream, seriously. Hospitals recommend it too. Make sure the one you get contains zinc oxide, that's the key ingredient. The other stuff takes out the sting from application to application but it doesn't heal it like the zinc oxide does. You can still take like ibuprofen for discomfort as well. Ibuprofen (advil, motrin, generic ibuprofen) are an inflammatory, which helps work out what causes the pain.

You can't git rid of sunburn any faster than your body's natural healing time.
Just keep it moisturized with a nice, non-perfumed lotion.
Good luck!
