It may actually be on wheels. If so, it should pull straight out fairly easily. If it's not on wheels, and somebody tries to slide it, it's gonna rip the linoleum, so be real careful of that.
I honestly don't think that you could handle a dolly all by yourself with a heavy fridge on it, but I'm assuming that you just need to pull it out to get something that fell behind it

there is a product called EZ moves sliders that you place under the legs of heavy objects (you would just need to lift the corner of the fridge to put these under). Then you simply slide the object across the floor.

the best way for you move the refrigerator is use a Dollie with a locking belt so you can rap the belt around the frig. the belt keeps the frig from moving and stable.

Some fridge's have wheels on the back side so as long as you can push on the front the wheels will do the rest. If no wheels push side to side and just walk it to where you need it to go.
