Without a doubt its PF Chang's at the Aladdin.
Here's a little secret to Beat the line. When you check in at the Hostess stand look behind you and you will see a smaller kitchen to the left of the Bar. There is a Small dining room back there. When you slide back there it almost seams like you are going to walk right into the kitchen. Go to the end of the hall and make a left and you home free. There is typically a 2-3 hour wait but you can walk right in and sit down in that area.
Try the Lettuce Wraps and the Mongolian Beef there the BEST!!!

This place might sound a little cheesy, but it is the favorite spot of people who know Las Vegas and the locals. Across from The Stardust hotel, there is a cofee shop called The Peppermill. EVERYTHING is great there. It is not super dirt cheap, but definitely a great deal on the strip! The breakfast is the best breakfast I have ever had anywhere. Their pancakes are the absolute best. I took my husband there and he has to go back every time we go to Vegas. They also have wonderful dinner and lunch. This place is not to be missed!
Check out the bar in the back. It is a throwback to the seventies and eighties, with a modern touch of flatscreen TV's throughout.

My absolute favorite restaurant has to be The N9ne at the Palms.it is a steakhouse. I go to Vegas 2-3 times a year and this restaurant has got to be the best. Its fun and trendy and they make great martinis and a devine fillet mignon. It is a bit pricey but between the menu selection and service and atmosphere its is completely worth every penny. Check out their website and menu....I believe its www.then9ne.com
Have a great time in Vegas!

We like Joe's Stone crab and Steakhouse, located in Caesars forum shops
We also go to the Cheesecake factory (same location)
Also, the Buffet at the Wynn Resort is fantastic. You won't find a better meal on the strip

The buffet at the Monte Carlo is pretty good.
If you want more of a sit down dinner, Diego's inside the MGM Grand has great Mexican food. Entrees are about $15 to $25, so it's a little expensive, but very worth it!

The Buffet at the Paris Hotel is excellent. Dinner runs about 25+ per person, but it offers a wide variety of food. Surf and turf - crab legs, giant shrimp cocktails, prime rib, ribs (pork and beef), ham...also features different ethnic cooking styles, too...Italian, Asian, French, Mexican, etc. There's also an ample dessert section that offers yummy creme brulee!!!
