my boyfriend eats meat like that, too. I think it's gross, but it works out cuz I like veggies better, sooo. I do love the ribeyes, though!

OMG I am the same way!1 I just ate one for breakfast!! I love chicken breast and could eat it at every meal all day long...all week. If you have health issues or are dieting I'd check with the doctor. You should probably include some veggies..yummy steamed as well. If that was all you ate 24/7 protein protein protein..yes it could.. it taxes your kidneys.if all you eat is protein.. but not short term and not it you add veggies and fruit.

If you do heaps of exercise then you're going to need more fuel for your body. Just remember to have some fruit & veggies as well & that's pretty healthy way to live. I guess it also depends on how you prepared/cooked said chicken. Fried, no good. Grilled, good. Damn now I am hungry.

ya eating too much of everything is bad esp.meat as overeating of meat has been linked to gout & osteoporosis
this is partly because of the urea produced when protein is digested

maybe you can consider slowly cutting down on your meat intake

If you are in weight training or some physical sport that it benefits, then No. However, you do have to be careful and make sure that the amount that you are eating is best for you. Check with your doctor!!

Wow, that's a lot of chicken. However, if you're used to it, i guess it's all right. It does have lots of protein...just make sure you balance your diet.
