???? What mass?

I suppose the most we can profit from it is to turn it into energy and use it to generate electricity.

I am Catholic, so I am going to answer this. Not from a textbook or from an online source, but from my own opinion. To benefit or profit most from mass, I first go into mass ready to listen. When I first get there, I kneal down and pray...during this time, you can pray for what you want, but I usually pray that I can have an open heart, open mind, and open ears for the service. I pray that the message gets across to me and that I can apply what I learn today. I also first and foremost thank God that I am here to hear his important messages and thank him for the day. Throughout mass I try to think of how I can apply the message that is talked about during the homily. If you just sit and don't listen...or maybe you do listen but don't apply what you hear, than what's the point. The whole point is that God wants to see us carrying out the message and apply what we learn to our lives and teach others. Hope that helped you!
