Bat sports (Golf,Baseball, Cricket etc) you are not allowed to use any part of your body except for the bowler and fielder, who can use their hands

In hockey, you are allowed to grab the puck with your hand and simply place it onto the ice - any other movement of the puck with your hand will result in a "handpass" and play will stop. Also, there is no helmet to helmet contact in American football (NFL).

You can't use your leg in bat sports(cricket,baseball) and sports like basketball,bowling.

In basketball your not allowed to kick the ball.

Bowling, because u will be foul if u use your leg to kick into the lane.

in hacky-sack, you are not allowed to use from your elbow to your finger-tips, but the rest of the body is all legal in volleying the hack.
