The pH of a solution may be expressed as: - log |[H+]|, where [H+] is the concentration of Hydrogen ions.

[H+] of a solution may be therefore be expressed as:
pH = -log |[H+]|
-pH = log |[H+]|
10^-pH = [H+] (solution!)

Alternatively: 1/10^pH
