How does TNA signing a man who was released by WWE for substance abuse for Vince into doing anything. All the signing of Kurt Angle to TNA does is show exactly how shallow TNA is. Kurt Angle doesn’t need to be wrestling right now. He needs to get himself sorted out, that’s what he needs. If Kurt Angle was in any way able to shape the future of the wrestling industry, as TNA is claiming, do you really think Vince would have let him go. Vince McMahon may be a lot of things but he is not in the habit of releasing top talent into the hands of his competition. Kurt Angle is washed up. He hasn’t had a decent run in WWE for a long long time. With the exception of his match with the Undertaker, he hasn’t had a really good match in years. WWE pushed Angle as the new face of ECW and he well and truly dropped the ball for them. Signing Kurt Angle to TNA doesn’t force Vince McMahon into doing anything. Now if an Edge or John Cena or Triple H had walked out on WWE and gone to TNA, ala Hall and Nash or Hogan back in the Monday Night War era, then Vince would be forced to react. In many ways the signing of Angle shows just how superior WWE is as a product and a company over TNA. TNA will take the washed-up scraps that fall from the WWE table and celebrate it like they’ve unearthed gold or found a cure for cancer. How many WWE rejects are TNA going to take. Kurt Angle, Christain, the James Gang, Gail Kim, Dudleys, etc…

WWE has lost all there top stars to other things. Vince won't put any new fighters in the mix for fear of them not doing well. The Rock has retired from wrestling & Chris Jericho said in an interview that he'll be back but it's not anytime soon. What they really need to do is combine Smackdown again and let PAul Heyman run ECW.

L S i dont think anybody could have said better than you just did. I totally agree the story lines are getting so boring, especially edge vs cena, its been ages now they should have Orton go for the title and win ti like you said and let Batista win instead of feuding with Finlay i mean comon that's crap, I'm so sad that the rock cant come back because hes focusing on his movie and acting career anyways well said i much agree wit you WWE must take TNA seriously and get it together

I completely agree about being back The Rock. No one wants to see him back on WWE more then me.
As for everything else, Vince is really dragging his heels when it comes to wrestling. He is to into his side projects like WWE films to worry about Raw and SD. That is his main problem. He must be forgetting about what happen with the XFL. He tried to make that a success and Nitro took over as lead wrestling show. TNA is going to do the same thing if he is not careful. I am worried that he does not see TNA as a problem because they do not come on at the same time as Raw or SD but that will soon change, I see he happening.

I watch TNA twice a week and do not watch Smackdown at all. If it weren't for DX, Raw would be in the crapper too.
Did someone say Angle was going to TNA?? F'ing awesome.
I watched nearly every episode of WCW and was following NWA before that and I have to say, I have NEVER been so TICKED OFF at the quality of WWE right now. They aren't even trying to be slightly serious!! May I name a few problems to start?:
A f'ing Leprechaun under the ring!?!?!
Why does Booker T have to talk like that to be a king?
The Sheepherders part 3 -or- Highlanders
CONSTANT promotion of dvd's etc - since when do tough guys trying to talk smack to each other pause to say "this Sunday at Armageddon" 4 times!?!?!
I'm getting too fired up again - I can't go on
FINAL WORD - TNA is the way it should be - PERIOD!!!!!!!!!

TNA is trying but sometimes slips back into the same tired old crap WWE does, such as LAX used to be Mexicool in WWE, already seen that. What they need to work on is being innovative and exciting, heck, in the WWE I didn't even think Rhyno could speak, let alone them pushing Edge over Christian when clearly Christian is the greatest Heel in TNA next to Jeff Jarrett.
Vince and Stephanie need to pull their heads out and get a writing team that can create, instead of just rehashing Cena/Edge over and over.

I think that wrestling is just in a downspin after the great heights of the WWF/WCW days of the late 90's. It took them a good 10 years to rebound after the height of the mid-80s zenith of Hulk and Andre. So about 2020, things should be great again.
