does anyone know if you are paying childsupport in the state of pa if they can add money to the basic guidlines for private school for the child

I look it up and find out for sure. Someone here could give you the wrong answer and end up coasting you a lot of money.

I'm sorry, I don't know for sure about PA, but I know that here in VA, that CAN be added to the basic guidelines, as it IS an expense that the custodial parent incurrs and is directly related to the child. For example, I have my son in a rather expensive private day care, and his child care expenses WERE added to the basic guidelines, and it most certainly increased the amount per month that my so soon to be ex-husband (yay!) has to pay.
