FIRST of all, go BACK to school, and LEARN to WRITE sentences/paragraphs, READ with over 95% comprehension, and LEARN how to work well with people.
YOU will need at LEAST a Bachelor's Degree for any professional position (that includes Human Resources (again, I spelled this Right, and spelling IS your weakness)).
Given the way this question was written, your first step is to either finish your High School Education, or go to your Local Community College, take the English Language Placement Tests, and GET the help you need by the Pre-Courses (yes, not college credit, but essentially Courses to BRING YOU UP to College Level) in Writing, Reading Skills. I suspect that you will need several of these courses, and before you can even start taking the REQUIRED language courses, you will need to pass these Pre-Qualifying Courses.
YOU have a LOT of work ahead of you in this regard. Human Resources is INTENSIVE with Human Relations as well as doing such things as coordination of Employee Evaluations, Training, etc -- and that will also require Communication Skills that you are currently lacking.

Just finished it myself. You need to get a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management. This will give you graduate status of the CIPD. It takes between 2-3 years part-time, or half that full time. If you don't already have a degree you may have to also do the certificate in personnel practice which takes another year part-time. More info on www.cipd.co.uk. Good luck.

My son is a Human Resources executive. He has a University Degree in Psychology, and a Master of Business Administration.
Both are most helpful for preparing you in a career in HR.

You need to learn the art of being a mean spirited person. Some might say a beotch. Sorry, I've just never met a genuinely nice person in HR. They are almost as bad as nurses. (I know I'm going down for this . . . )

I think that you have to learn to read, write, and spell first, before thinking about going to college.
