For the first Year I very much did so, and just recently Im becoming very tired with the repetition of the job but I still over perform and it gives me another level to work towards. I reckon I still enjoy it, but don't get any joy from doing so. If that makes any sense! At the end of the day get good pay to do a job might as well do it, not moan about it and get paid and go home!!

I am probably not alone in the fact that I am at work and pretending to work hard while 'playing' on Answers.
I do mostly though, we are all fairly chilled out and have a good laugh. I have to leave in a couple of months as I am moving and I'm upset about it. I can't decide if its because I am happy here or because I have a fairly easy life with a not bad salary!
I felt the need to add that I also come into contact with about fifty soldiers all dressed up in uniform a day which makes my work just that little bit more worthwhile ;)

Not at all.
The place has gone through complete turmoil in the last year, with a 75% rate of staff turnover within my department of 18 people. The top manager has changed 4 times in a year, and everything has been totally destabalised. I've been made redundant (in Feb), but still working here with my contract keep beign extended, and previous managers have put superbitch with no qualifications, who was a friend into a position of power!
In short, no then.

Yes, most of the time I do. I have worked for my company for the last 12 1/2 years and have been promoted three times. I get a lot of Independence, no micro managing, creativity and support when I request assistance.
I am very blessed.

yes, I do. I recently started a new job and I like the fact that not many women do what I do for a living. I'm working in a machine shop running a CNC lathe. I'm also surrounded by good looking guys. So what's not to like? lol

Yes, I do. I work with 12 men a day, in the construction industry, what more could a woman want in a job?

Have to say I do.
I work on a IT helpdesk and love it. I start early and finish early, what more could I ask. Gets a bit stressful but all the jobs I've had in the past I could say that about.

I work from home, writing books for a living. Although the pay sucks (for most authors who aren't JK Rowling *grin*) the freedom, self-determination, portability and lack of idiot managers more than make up for it. I wouldn't trade it for the world :))
