My mother purchased a Kia Sorrento. She never has really seemed to be overly enthusiastic about it. She states that it is a gas guzzler and overall not the best thing in the world to drive.

She purchased it because she liked our Hyunda Santa Fe, the sister vehicle of the Sorrento. We had the Hyundai for 2 years and 44k miles. Needless to say, we noticed that Hyundai does not like to stand behind their products and we could just tell that it was about to start breaking down as soon as the warranty was over, so we traded it for a Honda. My mother is considering the same move.

I have never had a Kia, but owned an Isuzu Rodeo. It was a piece of junk and I wouldn't recommend anyone buying one. I bought it new, and it died right after I paid it off, not to mention that it was cheaply made. I now have a Nissan and love it.
