I need to do a draw for 9 teams for a cricket season. There will be 13 rounds during the season. Seven Two day matches and five one dayers.There will be a bye each week. Is it possible to give all teams the same number of byes? (probably two byes each)

Search on google for 'Scheduling Software' or 'Baseball Scheduling Software'. There are quite a few free web based softwares available. If you are willing to spend some $$ you may get better ones
