How do i pass the telephone interview for customer service assistant with tfl?

Not sure what tfl is, but I would think it should be easier to interview over phone, then it's not so intimidating. I would suggest having a glass of water there in case you get nervous and your throat gets dry, speak clearly, be honest, and smile. A person can sense a positive or negative attitude over the phone. Just be calm. Obviously they are interested in hiring you to get a phone interview, so be yourself, have confidence that you have the qualities and capabilities to do the job for them, speak slowly and articulate your words so taht they understand you well, and remember to breath. Sometimes when I get nervous I rush through too fast, but then I learned about taking a deep breath before I speak so that I am relaxed. Also, if possible have a picture of something that calms you in front of you so that way you are in a good frame of mind.

Put them on hold for 24 mins then cut them off -this will prove to them that you're just the type of person they're looking for. When they call back to offer you the job make sure your answerphone picks up the call. Don't call them back to accept the job, just turn up at 11.15am next Tuesday to start work.

Make sure that you speak clear and concise. Answer their questions and make sure that you have some questions for them.

I have typically found that if you think of it, not as them interviewing you but you interviewing them, your confidence level shows and you appear much more marketable.
