They're anticipating a November 19th release. They may NOT be accepting preorders yet, but I would try the retailers directly. EB Games & Gamestop usually do a substantial number or preorders for new systems. You may also want to check with Best Buy.

Do an internet search for "Nintendo Wii".

It's really really easy.
