To run for President, you must be at least 35 years old, born in the US, and have been a continous resident here for the past 14 years.

To run for a seat in the House of Representatives, you must be at least 25 years old and be a resident for 7 years or more.

To run for Senate, you must be at least 30 years old and be a resident for 9 years.

Not sure about the UK.

You must have the minimum number of years of residency and age requirement to qualify for an election under the Election Laws.

Normally you must be a citizen, but the DNC can use you. They prefer illegals, felons and the dead.
