I used a detergent on my bathroom marble (black marble). The marble has now turned white-ish. How to restore?

Rinse it down with vinegar. That will cut the residue of the soap

The previous answer is right - definitely vinegar - but make sure you rinse it off very well with plain water, or it will permanently etch the marble.

Use Windex, Vinegar will dull the marble, it's an acid on calcium carbonate.
