It means that I have found the answer. I KNOW what true love feels like and I KNOW what true fondess and affection are for another and another for me. It means that if I die today, I can truly say that I have LIVED and I have DONE what I wanted to do in life - even though I never had a lot of $$$, I have experienced things in life that I believe not everyone has and for that I am happy and at peace with the world.

Great question! I think it just means being authentic. You know, doing things, wearing things, acting in certain ways because they suit who YOU are, what YOU believe in, not because you're trying to fit in with some group or another or because you read it in a fashion magazine.
Interesting question though...could get into serious "I think therefore I am" conversation. I mean, individuality is really only YOUR perception anyway...so what it means to "be you" is whatever you WANT it to mean.

IT MEANS THAT I AM FIRST A CHRISTIAN, WIFE, THEN A MOTHER. IT ALSO MEANS I LIVE IN PAIN 24/7 WITHOUT PAIN RELIEF. BUT I STILL KEEP GOING.
