Just looking for ideas of fun things to do this fall. I live in New England.

Fall is a beautiful time of year in New England. When the leaves are falling and changing colors and you collect them, and the pine cones and use your imagination to make things out of them. Or racking the leaves all together and then jumping in them is so fun. And picking pumpkins and making faces out of them, and making pumpkin pies. Decorating for Halloween is so much fun. Taking walks is so beautiful with all the wonderful colors of nature this time of year. There is a lot to leave to the imagination this time of year. I love it. From: Connecticut

I live in New England also.
New England is so beautiful in the fall.
It's harvest time, and the folks are all merry.
Except, they get too pre-occupied with the approach of Halloween, and the commercialization ruined the festivities.
Nowadays, parents follow children on Halloween, and they buy costumes.
We used to wear old rags for Halloween, and make everything from scratch.
Those were better times.
Halloween lost it's flavor, but the fall season is still very beautiful.
Enjoy it, all the wonders of nature and all that.

waahaay i like the fall, my ordinary. the colors contained in the trees the freshness contained in the air. i like walking the dogs contained in the park this climate. i'm taking position to the coast in some weeks and only walking on an isolated coastline with a loved one, thats fairly kewl. i also love the darkish evenings once your in! an autumn nighttime down at stamford bridge has been one in each of my ordinary activities all my existence, for the reason that i turned right into a small baby, (i'm now a large vast baby), the ambience, the sentiments, autumn is outstanding!

I'm in Virginia and love going hiking in the fall. The air is finally comfortable, the leaves are changing and it just feels like a healthy thing to do. After a good strenuous hike, I treat myself to a good meal, figuring that I burned off enough calories to eat them all back. I wish it could be the fall for six months!

Cleaning up the yard since it's finally cool enough to do it.. I live in Hawaii...it's beautiful when the weather cools down a bit, enough to get out there and get something done.
You don't know what yardwork is until you've lived in Hawaii...lol. Everyday is go out and pick up all the dead stuff that's fallen off the trees....

I live in southeastern Michigan... my family likes to make up a picnic basket, go to a local cider mill, pick pumpkins, then enjoy our picnic. Sometimes we'll go for a hike through the local nature parks, or go to the zoo.

I love shuffling leaves with my kids, organising their halloween party, playing conkers and counting the days til christmas :o)

Making or finding new trails on my ATV 4x4...fishin'...& decoratiing the yard with Fall stuff..(pumpkins,tree faces,autumn flowers etc..)--So.central Kansas

I like cycling and climbing during fall, while taking some pictures of the city. weather is so nice!!! i am in Beijing, China.
