If you can successfully download the YouTube files (and I am not sure that is feasible - they are Flash movies and may be streamed, so your cache may never contain the whole movie file - see below for how to find the cached file on your PC), you first have to convert them to .avi, .mov, .wmv or mpeg4 or something that your DVD creator can handle, then you need software that will create the appropriate file structure and types for a DVD player to read.

YouTube files are in Flash Movie format (.flv), I believe, so you need to search for a suitable converter. Then you will also need (if you haven't got it already) the software to create DVD movies - you may already be able to write files to DVD but that isn't the same thing.

http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/convert_avi_to_dvd.cfm says it's a little out of date but has links to other places.

Look here for grabbing YouTube files: http://www.methodshop.com/mp3/tutorials/youtuberip/

Bear in mind that it is illegal to copy other people's copyrighted material. The advice offered above is only valid if you have the copyright owner's permission (in which case it would be far easier to obtain the file from them, wouldn't it?)
