Probably the captured three (Jack, Kate and Sawyer), and the Others. I'm curious to know if the Others were "brought" there or if they were part of the original project.

Season 3 will be about the Others. Many things are still unexplained. Like why they met a polar bear and a ****** horse in the middle of the jungle

Well, when last we left them, there were a few people with their hands tied behind their backs needing a way to escape. It's be nice to see that resolved.
Of course, with the way they write that show, they're probably going to keep us wondering how Jack, Sawyer and Kate get out of their predicament until the end of the series! ;-)
