Yes. I remember when I was about... mmm 3 years old, I had a dream about being on top of a mountian with a pig dressed like Robin Hood and I woke up crying. Another time I had a dream about watching the weather and the graphics kept running all over the place while the forecaster tried to point at them. I woke up laughing then.
I have yet to wake up screaming, but the thought of Rodney's ghost might just tip the scales.

yes when I have had a dream when i think something is funny I have actually woken myself up laughing. Usually I can remember the dream too so I know what I am laughing at. Never had a dream where I wake up crying or screaming though, when I have nightmares I tend to wake up too petrified to move

Yes to laughing and crying but I don't think I've ever woken up screaming. I've also woken up kicking and punching.

Yeah, I've woken up crying a couple of times. I'm crying in my dream, feel like I'm fighting for breath when I wake up and sob my heart out for a few minutes afterwards. Then I'm fine. Not really sure why it happens. Think I'd be king of concerned if I woke up screaming though!

Yea, I've woke up laughing sometimes, and 1-2 times crying, never screaming.
I also know that to laugh in dream - it's bad, and crying - on the contrary - have good meaning.

I woke up crying twice because I had a dream my brother died and the second time because I dreamed something horrible that had happened in real life a day or two before happened again. I now wonder if the second dream was not fortuitious, as 4 months later it truly did reccur.

I have sleep paralysis sometimes, does that count? I wake up asleep!

Me and 3 of my mates went camping, all of us sleeping in a large frame tent. In the middle of the night I woke up singing "Boiled beef and carrots". I was quite embarrassed because I had also woken them who were laughing their heads off.

Crying, yes.
Laughing, yes (to be waken up by your own laughing is really weird).
Singing even.
Never screaming, though my neighbours might disagree (they might mistaken the singing for screaming).
