There's one in the Scottsdale Fashion Mall in Scottsdale AZ. They offer lots of different peanut butters and toppings. I personally think it's very good, but way over priced.
I've eaten there twice. With those prices, I may not go back.
They also do shakes with peanut butter that I heard are good, but I never tried them.

I heard that they are launching a major East Coast expansion over the next 3-5 years. I heard that their food is really good.
