Regarding Chris Simms's injury, what was he attacked by-a bull? I'd never heard of a Q.B. getting a ruptured spleen, flak jacket or no flak jacket.

I watched the game and Simms's is a tough kid. I doubt that the injury was the result of a single hit, but an accumulation of collisions.

Oh yeah, I watched it. Thought the Bucs were going to pull in out there in the end. Living in North Carolina and not that far from where Carolina is stationed, I always pull for the Panthers. Oh yeah, that bull that attacked Chris Simms goes by the name of Julius Peppers!!

In my opinion, he injured himself when he made the dive for the touchdown. It appeared he landed in way that had to hurt. It was after that when he started showing signs of illness.
