You have to save some capital to get started. Then you can buy real estate -- the only thing you can buy on 25% margin. But tmes are tough: you have to find a niche.

Being rich is a worthy goal and it can happen even to you. You will get out of life whatever you put into it. My advice is to start by reading the millionaire secrets books from your local library... model yourself after those who are rich and discover how they got that way. Not every rich person came from a rich ancestry although that doesn't hurt. If that's not your situation then you have to work with your own skills and attitude to become the next Bill Gates or Donald Trump. They found what works for them. Your only limitation is your inaction so do something today to increase your income, reduce your expenses, or read as an investment in yourself. Two good books that come to mind are "Multiple Streams of Income" and "Multiple Streams of Internet Income," both by Robert G Allen. Make something happen TODAY.

Or an excellent way to double or triple your money is in shares. my dad invested $50,000 in shares in february 2006. he sold the shares 3 weeks ago and had $120,000. dats $70,000 profit made in 6 months by making a few phone calls!!
i'm soooo doing dat when i'm older. u should observe shares first though and see the most rapidly rising one and buy them. u can consult people about them too.
