Nope. It doesn't make your eyes weak, and it's totally normal and healthy.

Do you mean weak? Only if you are straining so much while you do it that your eyes bulge out and you break blood vessels in your eyes. Really I don't think you got that information on the Internet. That is just an old wives tale.

Trust someone who did it for a long time until I was married. Nothing bad can come from it except embarrasment when you get caught or doing it too much. Not that too much will make you blind, but it will make your skin down there tender and likely to blister. You dont want that. Then you have to stop for a while and if it has become a habit then your gonna be in trouble. :)
