Does crime sells more than sex?

Crime and sex are simillar,and both have a great demand in our youth.The reason for making most of the movies from these topic
is obviously the more demand.
These two things are sins and the sin have more attraction.

No way!! Sex sells more than crime for sure!!!
Figures there is so much crime on tv since their are so many crimes being committed today.....

Because those are the kind of shows people want to watch on tv and will shell out $10 a pop at the box office (not including concessions).

It satisfies peoples need to have justice in the world. The reality is that criminals do escape from justice, innocent people die, and innocent people do get sent to jail. Criminal TV sells the notion that our judicial system always catches the bad guy and that they always get punished. In essence, it allows people to live vicariously in a perfect fantasy world.
