No, they can be broken. While not recommended, you can break one by pouring liquid nitrogen into it. A slight bump will then shatter it.

Nothing is truely unbreakable; even diamonds can be cut.

Nalgenes are made of tough enough plastic that unless you're really determinded to break it, it won't break. They're "practicaly" unbreakable, sice you have to do very impractical things to break them.

Nope... if you drive over one, it will break. Other than that, they are pretty safe though :-D
