yeah I don't get it either, that is weird. Do you mean frames for baby pictures, the cute plush ones? You can get them at Toy's R Us and Zellers and Black's and just about and photo shop

I'm betting you don't mean pictures of baby's, but prints to hang on the wall in baby's room? I haven't seen prints lately, but you should be able to find cute plaques in whatever nursery scene you want. Children's Palace would be a good place to start.
