because you are dehydrated and used a lot of spices on it??..It has to do with ketones. If I eat a lot of meat or even pungeant vegetables like onions my sweat reeks.

Depends where the lamb comes from and its diet.
Most UK lamb is housed and fed on processed pellets for most of the year and sometimes longer than that in some areas,
This feed is made from all sorts of rubbish and in places on the continent even old motor oil has been used.
It is also legal to bed and breakfast them for three weeks then they can say the animal came from that area.
All this info' comes from newscasts, paper reports and observation, so no one will agree with it officially.
I find the best Lamb is New Zealand but over the years it seems less attractive.
Fact is all our food is so corrupted with chemicals and artificial rubbish that if we analyse as a collective whole it might even be banned.
So what we eat can contaminate our bodies and quickly enter the bladder with the first glass of water we drink.
People live longer these days, but these long livers did not eat contaminated food until they were forty?
The chemical industry and factory farming is the cause with the customer being the engine that funds the whole.
Grow your own and eat your own is the only sure way to stay healthy. I can't, so this advice is no good for me.

Normally your urine should NOT smell, unless there's some health problem or concern. I don't know how old you are, but I strongly believe that you should try have some urine test or blood test to see what happened. In one word, go seek medical help. Take care.

Urine shouldn't really sounds like you might have an infection, if it doesn't go then a trip to your GP may be in order, or maybe your dinner was so nice that you just want to keep smelling it.

because what goes in has to come out, there is a reason it does not smell like roses. Really you might want to be sure you are digesting your food. I have that problem every time I can tell what I have eaten the day before.
