"See their limitations" suggests you are judging others, and I suppose we all do on various levels, BUT that in itself dissolves FAIRNESS in a way to approach and relate to another.
Being Fair, is something on a moral plane, and likely comes from how we were taught to approach life, and others. If being fair has any disadvantages, the greatest would be that it often means the person who is being fair, would be taken advantage of those who see no value in it.
To be moral will always be a battle of sorts, and we don't always win every battle we engage in throughout our life. I suggest remaining moral however, as opposed to any alternative.
If you are "gifted" at all, it's in realizing the realities.

You might get a reputation for being a "fence sitter". Everyone has a point of view about something . The fact that you don't reveal your point of view but choose to hide behind "being fair" can make people question your authenticity. You might want to take a risk once and awhile and jump off the fence and tell people what you honestly think about something...

Being fair has the disadvantage that people expecing special treatment may not get it, but hopefully they will understand why you can't give them special treatment. Some people really just want to be unfairly gifted for no good reason, and being fair helps expose them.

It is not easy to be like u,
but it is one thing that many people dont do today,
nobody can judge it as curse or gift, it is one thing if iti hurts u, u have anger, and mostly ur unhappy thn it is curse, but in not behaving so u might feel guilt more unhappy and regretful, so rather judge it urself wht u feel - just dont justify its easier to find urself.
Just hear one voice urs, hearing thousands is nothing but noice

It's good to be fair... but it takes effort if you are always trying to be nice.
save the niceness for family and friends and just be fair to strangers (shop assistants and stuff) - you don't need to expend extra energy being nice to people you don't know
Oh - and if your coffe or meal comes out cold then tell them, or if they are bugging you in the change rooms in a store then tell them you don't want help etc

BEING FAIR ALL THE TIME CAN HAVE IT'S MOMENTS. I HAVE 3 DAUGHTERS ALMOST 17, ALMOST 13 AND ALMOST 10. I LOVE EACH FOR DIFFERENT REASONS, BUT I CAN NEVER SAY WHAT THOSE THINGS ARE WITHOUT THE JEALOUS OF ONE SIBLING TO THE OTHER. IT IS CRAZY. ONE IS SMART, ONE IS LOVING AND THE OTHER TALENTED IN SINGING. I DO LOVE THEM AS MUCH AS THE OTHER. MAYBE ONE DAY

Yes it has its disadvantages because your idea of fair may not be the same as mine or someone elses.
