Does anyone have any good remedies for this? It keeps me awake at night.

It's just your body adjusting to your growing baby. A body pillow will save you and you will love that thing. Try a heating pad for your back, but only for a few minutes.

I've been pregnant and I have back problems anyway.

It can be lots of things. From your shoes that you wear during the day, to the way you sit, to what you are sitting on. Try a body pillow, (two actually) use one behind you to help support your back, the other should be half under your belly and the rest should be between your legs keeping them apart. This helped me when I was pregnant.
If it doesn't get better talk to your doctor.

I'm 4 1/2 months too and I get the same problem. Have you tried a pillow between your knees when you rest? Or one behind your back? This seems to help me some
