You have a browser hijack. You need to download and run hijack this, cwshredder, spybot search & destroy and ad-aware in that order.
Hijackthis - remove all R0 entries.
The rest should do everything for you.

That is a spyware. Run both Ad-aware Peronal Edition ( http://www.lavasoftusa.com ) and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/) to remove any spyware. Run both as one may caught something the other missing. Then go to microsoft.com and download Defender to protect against future infections.
After that you should be able to reset the Home Page.

hi, there are some virus with your IE browser. and the virus has hacked your IE browser.
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
