Philosophy comes from humans, Religion from God, and science can be found in both.

Philosophy: it is a persons view point or an individuals point of view about life.

Science: while science is based on cause and effect relationship, the truthfulness of scientific laws can be tested.

Religion: it is the social and cultural rules and regulations and also the rituals that we follow, means they are already developed in the society.

philosopphy can be a persons own point of view, while science is available facts and religion is society made rules and regulations

There are three different catagories in your question.
one is philisophy]
two is science
three religion, in understanding the usage of philosophy you can then see the differences. religion is not science.

Philosophy Doesn't need proof, and it does't define.
