It's too early to say that, but it's really tough to comeback in the 4th qtr down 17 and you only have RBs and TEs to throw to. You need to stretch the field and have the ability to make plays after the catch downfield and they don't have that in Doug Gabriel, Troy Brown, and Reche Caldwell. Chad Jackson will be able two, in two years, after he gets acclimated with the speed of the NFL. I'm glad he's one of my beloved Seahawks though.

I don't think they are second guessing themselves about trading him, because what are you gonna do when a player doesn't want to play, how much more where they going to fine him before they had enough, and even if he would have given in and played what would his preformance have been? The only thing that I think they could have done is get more for him than they did. I think they sold him short of what he is worth, and the 600.000 in fines does not cover anything close to what he is worth.

I don't think they can do without him, because he was a big part of that team. and now he is a big part of the Seahawks, and you can't judge him by the first game, after just one week of being there. He will probably help bring the SuperBowl to Seattle this year.

So if New England is Second guessing themselves? NO... they had no choice... they could have gotten more for him, but they had to let him go...

And Seattle Fans are sure happy they let him go....

Well, I'll tell you one team that isn't second guessing itself about Deion Branch and that is the Seattle Seahawks.

Only 2 receptions for 23 yards and yet his very presence in the game opened up the entire field for the talanted Seattle receivers and sewed total confusion in the Giant backfield. The result: a good old fashioned trip to the proverbial woodshed for a brutal and thorough "butt-whipping."

Branch has elevated the Seattle receiving corps from merely "excellent" to "League Dominant!"

(And he did this, NOT by catching 20 passes for 160 yards and 4 touchdowns, he did it by simply putting on his new Seahawk uniform and stepping onto the field. With the addition of Deion Branch, the Seattle Seahawks are fast becoming practically "unstoppable.")

I don't think they will ever second guess themselves because their style has worked up to now. I think their "my way or the highway" style may be catching up with them though.

Maybe. They still only have one loss though. If the season ends and they miss the playoffs, then they will.
