The Antarctic Circle has 24 hours of daylight during it's Summer Solstice (Dec. 22).

The Arctic Circle has 24 hours of daylight during it's Summer Solstice (June 21).

They have equal hours of daylight, therefore, on the Equinoxes (March 20, Sept. 23).
