I have filed lemon law against General Motors and i go to arbitration on thursday. If you have gone thru this can you give me some advise? GM doesn't care about their customers, they will lie and try to cheat you.

IMO... Arbitration is a black hole. It will likely only delay an outcome. You need to get a LL attorney in your state (or the state you bought the car in) and get this in court.

When you bring your papers Thursday... be sure to bring copies of your advice requests and responses from posting all over the internet about the poor treatment you have received from GM.

LL's are different state to state. The criteria for establishing a Lemon is also different. Most of this info is available online. But if you have a lemon, get a lawyer and get it going.

Good luck to you.

find and gather all proof you have of your car. your right GM doesn't give a damn about their customers, and you aren't "honored" by his call. have some pictures of your vehicle, have a plan also, something you know will get someones attention even if they don't know you and have PROOF

wish you the best of luck and hope you get through this...

Take pictures of the car. Take all the work records you have on that car. If you can get someone that has worked on it to show up and give their opinion. You will need to prove that your car is a lemon. Pictures and work records should do it for you.
