I'm assuming you are an adult. Please join an ESL (English as a Second Language) class in your community (usually offered at colleges). Also, some colleges/institutions offer tutoring to adults to help with reading and writing (sometimes it is a free service). Also, exposure to the language will enhance your skills. Spend as much time as possible hearing, reading, writing, and speaking English. Practice makes perfect!

I polished my skills at english by listening english songs and singing along with the lyrics. Now I can under English movies and songs easily as well as my pronounciation and fluency is improved.

don't go for any sites, just start talking in english and while talking llisten to your own words, you will be able to find your error, if you are able to find your errors, then automatically you will correct and you will get tunned to fine English
