I know Worldwide Insurance http://www.worldwideinsure.com/ have policies covering those up to 74 years of age but not sure if they cover for 6 months.

try travelcoverdirect.com they do insurances for ' seniors' we got one year worldwide for 240$ for 2 people from them, altho we are not 7l we are in our sixties. hope this helps
