In New Oxford Street - walking up from Tottenham Court Road, it's about 50/100 metres past Jessops & the Apple Store on the right hand side there's an umbrella shop.
Unfortunately - I don't know what it's called - but it has just about every umbrella you can imagine.

You can search umbrella and came up with a number of sites that sell beautiful designs depends on your desire. The one which is really quite affordable. Some inexpensive umbrella ideas. I love the black and floral printed.

Since it rains quite a lot in London, you can probably find an umbrella pretty much everywhere.
