Yikes!
I am going to say eating a lot of garlic or onions would do it. Garlic is one of those things that will come out of your skin...that's one of the downsides to taking garlic supplements for health - you stink of garlic. Evaulate your diet, and see what you've been eating maybe garlic or something spicy. I'm guessing thats what it is.

I'm going to guess some kind of infection, possible even urinary tract. I've heard it described that way before.
Birth control if you have the kind that is implanted inside you, otherwise I don't think they could cause smells.
Sure there isn't anything in there? Like a tampon or something that you forgot? Sounds silly but it's been done.
Try not to put anything on that area, wipes and soaps and so on. If you're cleaning the area too much or with certain things you'll be killing off the good bacteria as well as the bad. It knows how clean itself but if you've got an infection you'll need to go to the doc.
Also lay off the strong foods just now. It is a definite possibility that the odor is coming out through your skin. Especially in that sort of area where there are lots of glands and it's not exposed to fresh air all day long.

If it is itching, you could have a yeast infection. Garlic????? Go to your doctor, that is the best.

I am not for sure if what you eat has anything to do with it or not. But then again, it does make a guys ejaculation smell or taste different.
