fallopian tube is open at its both ends. Hence it cannot get obstructed unless there is some inflammation and adhesions. Also, fallopian tubes convey only unfertilised eggs which are very minute in size. Unlike in Appendix and Colon, which convey fecal material that is loaded with bugs.
Normally fallopian tube is sterile while the intestines are full of bugs.

Because the appendix and colon deal with foods and wastes, hence they lodge more batcteria than the fallopian tubes.

Well, just think about it. The intestines/colon (of which the appendix is a part) are full of poop, which is composed of about 50% bacteria. Hence, infections.
The fallopian tubes, as part of the female reproductive tract, have nothing to do with poo/waste.

Because the appendix & Colon are part of the bodys waste processing system and are therefore full of things that can cause the gangrene.

because your appendix and your colon is an outlet for waste. your fallopian tubes is mainly part of your reproductive organs
